No equipment this week (we won’t have your mom and dad gear up for classes!)
It’s Bring a Family Member to class this week! You can bring a mom, dad, husband, wife, brother, sister to class this week. Only rule is they have to be old enough for that particular class. They can come to:
a. Family TKD – 1st grade and older: Monday through Thursday at 5:00 and 6:00, Friday at 5:00, Saturday at 9:30
b. Teen/Adult TKD: Teens & Adults: Tues & Thurs at 7:00, Saturday at 10:30
c. Workout – Teens & Adults: Monday at 8:00 pm
d. Dragons – 4 to 6 year olds: Tues & Thurs at 6:00 pm, Friday at 5:00 pm, Saturday at 9:30
e. Gumdo – 8 and older: Monday, Weds. and Friday at 7:00 pm, Saturday at 11:30
f. Jr. Gumdo: 1st grade & older: Friday at 4:15
NUTRITION CHALLENGE: It’s our 4th annual Nutrition Challenge all week. We are eating healthy as a school all week with 5 servings of fruits and veggies a day, and cutting back on our sugar. If you would like to track this, see attached sheet or pick up one at the school.
Nunchuck Weapon Seminar is this Saturday afternoon, Jan. 28th at 12:45 pm. Register by this Weds. No experience necessary. Cost is $15 (plus weapon if you need one).
Arnis & Bo Weapon Seminars are next Saturday, Feb. 4th.
SAMURANG GAMES ARE COMING: We are starting this week to practice some of the festival events in class, and working on some kicking/footwork drills for sparring. Keep working on your forms at home.
PRACTICE FOR SAMURANG GAMES: If you are competing, or think you will be competing, you can come to open workout Friday evenings during the 6:00 hour to practice festival events, self defense and forms.
SPARRING – Be sure to attend sparring class, Fridays at 6:00 pm, if you are sparring, or thinking of sparring, at the Samurang Games.
SAMURANG GAMES IS SATURDAY, March 3rd – please reserve this date on your calendar.
